Wes cost for Calicut University

I am also doing the ECA processing. I came to know that for wes in Calicut University is 29 thousand per course. I have done my degree and pg ( M.Com) course from Calicut. So for two course 60,000 bugs.... Is it true. Can anyone help me . This is the rate of agency. And they are doing with agents. If doing directly can any one can tell what will be the amount. And what is the procedure
