for bachelor: document sent on 16th October and received on 28th October
For master : document sent on 12th October and received on 16th October

1st update by Wes : we are processing a new package or document for your processing on 28th October
2nd update by Wes : we are reviewing your document on 02nd November
3rd update by Wes : we are analyzing and evaluating your documents on 11th November
