If what you mean by consolidated marks sheet is 'Transcripts' then yes, WES needs your university to send them in a sealed envelope.

Hello. In WES when you are giving Bachelor's degree year awarded from VTU is next year so should we write the passed out year or the year we recieved the degree certificate from VTU? For eg: Passed out year is 2011 but degree was awarded in 2012

Hey what date have you mentioned in year awarded? date of final mark sheet or degree awarded date?

Hi. I recently got my educational assessment from WES. I had mentioned the year i actually graduated. They have mentioned the same year in the assessment as well.
