I am a new to this helpful forum and would like to ask a question regarding ECA.
for ECA, WES requires iraqi graduates to send bachelor's diploma + transcript .
My university can not issue a diploma at the moment , can i send a certificate of graduation to WES instead of my bachelor's diploma as well as my transcript. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I had my studies accredited through wes as well and as for the transcript, you either have to get the university to send it to wes or pick up the transcript in a sealed and stamped envelope from your university and mail it to wes yourself.
As for the diploma, i would contact wes, if i were you to check whether they acceot the certificate of graduation from your university instead of the diploma. I imagine that would depend on the particular university so your best bet is probably to just check with wes to make sure.
