hi ,
I am trying to submit my application for ECA and need to pay by credit card. However the website does not give an option to select India in Billing address.
It only gives selection option for Canada province.

My billing address will be a city in India.


Also the fees is $233.91, hoping that is the same fees as other paid.
Can anyone advise please.
