HI,

I submitted my documents my secondary education certificates and bachelor degree as well as bachelors transcript . WES accepted my bachelors degree and transcript but for my secondary education they did not accept asking me to send it directly from the institution , however i submitted them these documents in the sealed envelope signed by the concerned officer of the issuing authority

Now i am not in Pakistan i am in saudia arabia please advise me how to get through this situation
