I’m having a bit of an issue here.
I had hired an agency to send my degree and transcript copy to WES, but after receiving the documents, the status said degree accepted but transcript had to be sent by issuing institution. So I went to my university and was reissued an attested copy which I couriered myself from the India post office to WES. After waiting for a month, now the status says, A package with the tracking code you've entered has been delivered to the WES Documentation Center. Please allow 24-48 hours for the document(s) in the package to be processed. Then when I emailed them to ask why it is still same after one month, I got an email saying “We have not received your College Issue and Attested Statement of Marks.” What should I do ? Will I have to go to my university again and do the whole thing again ?
