WES Assessment Report

Dear All,

I received WES Assessment Report that my Master's degree is equivalent to Canadian Masters however the institution type as Non-Recognized however this university is approved by UGC and HRD ministry in India.

While creating EE Profile can I claim points for masters education?

I read in some forum that applicant's visa got rejected because CIC doesn't count education from non-recognized institutions. I request all the experts out there to provide accurate information based on their previous experience.

If the Canadian equivalence summary says Masters degree..I think you are ok to proceed. However, I suggest you wait for a senior member to respond

Application rejected for a similar reason (Education from NON recognized institution).

Appreciate if experts can share their thoughts and past experience (Preferably someone who claimed points with similar WES Report).
