WES Assessment of BAMS degree

I did BAMS in my Graduation and PGDM(Marketing) in Post Graduation. WES does not evaluate BAMS degree so they rejected my Application. Can i send only my PGDM degree for evaluation? or Graduation degree is mandatory to evaluate Post graduation degree. Pls help.

I talked to wea rep and she said you just need to provide your masters transcript as bams is more than 3 yrs course
