Hi All,

Please help me to resolve my queries:

1)What I need to fill in section *Majors in field in WES,I did MCA from PTU and Instution name is Unoversity Name or College Name.
2)Do I need to send Academic Record Request Form to my colleges and get it filled before sending to University.Is it required or shall I send directlly to University
3)What all documents shall I request from University PTU and GNDU ie:transcript,degree and marksheet
4)I did BCA from GNDU and MCA from PTU.
Shall I request Transcript from MCA first or BCA.Does it matters,which transcript is evaluated first or not.
5)Shall I do online request or in person from Both Universities(PTU and GNDU)

1. Put Computers in Majors or if you had a specialisation, enter that.
2. Academic Request Form is not compulsory, your wish if you want to send it or not.
3. Degree copy, if you don't have one, if you have one, you can send the coloured copy by yourself through DHL or India Post, Transcripts need to be sent via University and not through you, GNDU as well as PTU couriers the documents themselves if request to them.
4. You have to requests transcripts of both universities and send them ASAP as you get them, btw, the university is supposed to them on their own and not through you. It doens't matter whose documents reaches first and who's reaches later. Your evaluation will not start before all documents are received by WES.
5. Yes, you should apply online.
