WES and PEBC

Dear all,
I have PharmD degree and I need to do the educational credential assessment for my degree. Can I do WES assessment for the meanwhile to be able to able to apply quickly then I will do the document evaluation of the PEBC later?
Furthermore, does the WES assessment will consider my PharmD degree same as PEBC would consider it? and it will give me the same points?
