my fiancé is visiting Canada two more times before coming here in the summer when we will then apply for inland spousal sponsorship. A marriage certificate can take a couple months to receive and I think it would be beneficial to have the certificate when applying.

Question, is there any problem in getting married during one of her visits now and then apply for the marriage certificate and then be more prepared to submit the pr application when she arrives in the summer?

You can marry anytime that's convenient for you and your fiance and apply for the marriage certificate.

When you have the marriage certificate and all the necessary documents required for the PR sponsorship according to the IRCC checklist, you could send the application anytime to IRCC by courier (advice sending by courier with tracking number, so you know when its received).

Its up to you if you want to wait until the summer, whats most important is the application package is complete and sent on time. Processing of spousal sponsorship takes time to complete........currently between 6 to 12 months......so the earlier its received the better........Best Wishes

To add to the aforementioned details,
please save all the records of your fiance's travel details, your stay here together, photographs etc.
