Webform response delay

Anybody sent information through webform in the last week get any response? I know they are having issue with automated response I am talking about when agent forwards information to the specific office.

Sent mine July 17th still nothing.

When I used it in May reply came exactly after 5 business days.

They may send you in couple of days. I got reply yesterday. I sent them webform on July 15th.

my experience of respond time : 3 days, 9 days and 11 days

Same thing experiencing,
I submitted web form on 22 / July but didn’t receive any kind of updates yet . I submit web form to change the email address and resend passport request to correct email, i wait for 18 months for ppr and at last officer sent it on wrong email address that i never made.

Update: took 7 business days to get email response from the agent. Sent 8 webforms but thankfully one agent took care of all the documents.
