I receive a request letter on April. And I send web form to IRCC on May 3rd and on June 23rd to reply letter. After I send web form on June 23rd, I asked the representative to check if the web form is sent, he answered it is OK. However, I ask one representative today, and he said he cannot see the webform. How should I complain about this or where can I ask help?
