Can anyone tell me whether i should raise webform or not for new LOA ?
College deffered my intake from sept 2022 to may 2023 in aug 2022 because of delay in visa. I got my visa in sept, and didn't raised new LOA because college said they will give me jan 2023 intake if seat becomes available but unfortunately there wasn't any availability till the date.
My agent is suggesting to directly provide them at the port of entry.
Any suggestions will be appreciable....
I guess wait for a few weeks as there is still chance you may get an LOA for Jan intake. When you sure you won't get accepted for Jan intake, raisa a webform and attach your new LOA as May intake will be more than 150 days away from your original intake, its suggested to inform IRCC.
In case, you get an LOA for Jan, you don't need to inform IRCC.

During my studies or after my studies ?
Like my current trv or poe expires in march 2024, so i can travel in april 2023 to canada after raising a webform only. isn't it ?

yes it must be a printing issue. I am afraid you will miss the Jan intake if you file another study application now. Talk to your consultant and if it's possible, just travel to Canada and file a TRV application once you are there.
