First I would like to say that I searched the forums for this specific problem but was not able to find anything which is why I created a new thread, and thank you in advance to anyone who is able to help me.
I submitted a permanent residence family sponsorship (common-law) application for my partner in the beginning of November. We realized we needed to add one more document to our application, so for the last few days I have tried using the webform to upload this document, however I am receiving the following errors:
The form could not be submitted because 2 errors were found.
Error 1: Either a client ID or an application number is required.
Error 2: Either a client ID or an application number is required.
We have not received AOR and therefore do not have a client ID or application number.
Does anyone know if it is possible to use the webform without a client ID or application number?
