I got PPR 10 days ago but there was an error in the letter and I submitted a webform flagging the error. They included one of my old addressees as my current one.
I was wondering if anyone has recently submitted a webform after PPR to correct or update the PPR letter? I'd like to know how long it took them to correct/update the PPR letter and get the new one. I'm a bit anxious they don't respond within the 30 days I have to submit the passport.
I think you need to call IRCC to update them. I did submit the webform to change my address and it took more than 2 weeks, so I ran out of patience and called them directly. After calling them, it takes 1 day to see changes on my profile
