We sent you correspondence, ECAS

Hello everyone,

I just checked my ECAS notes and it says "We sent you correspondence on March 27, 2019 about the decision on your application" under sponsorship tab, but I haven't received any emails or anything anywhere.

For PR application it says processing? Any idea??

I'm the sponsor.

has your partner received anything? they normally send the correspondence to the PA ( at least in my case I receive all the emails and I'm the PA) check with your partner and make sure you check your spam

We checked everywhere nothing.

You said in your other post that you received SA already back in February. In all likelihood this is what eCAS is referring to (the letter approving you as sponsor). In recent weeks especially eCAS has often been really slow to update/displays inaccurate dates for when notifications are sent.

Please call IRCC asap to confirm. My eCAS shows that medical forms were sent on 21st March and I haven't received anything. I called IRCC as well as raised technical issue. IRCC customer care has asked Visa officer to send medical forms again.

Medical forms would not show up on the sponsor's side as a message saying, "We sent you correspondence about the decision on your application." That is not an ambiguous message and is the one everyone sees when they're approved as sponsor. This exact delay with eCAS showing SA has been noted by a few members around here lately.
