Hi everyone, I have sent a webform a month ago regarding updated LOA and they already sent me an acknowledgment letter and it updated on my status tracker that ‘We received blah blah’.

Today again on the tracker there was an update saying ‘We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.’

However, I hadn’t sent a new webform or anything. What does this mean?

yup same for me. says 21st of april as well. seems like a lot of people get updates at the same time. Cause after almost 2 months, my status changed from ‘Not started’ to ‘In progress’ on 19th of April. And I saw a lot of people on this forum got the same update on the same day
