We did not receive the results of your Medical exams

I did an upfront medicals and uploaded my medical exams forms/receipt from the hospital. My medical results was request and I uploaded again. After 30 days, status changed to we did not receive the result of your medicals. What should I do again because I have upload again as advices by the hospital. Now I received a message saying it’s added to my file but still the status is same. Today is exactly a week I sent to them.

Hello poster, please has this been resolved ? Cos I am in this same situation at the moment. It’s really frustrating.
