we are staying in the USA should we send our passport?

Hi my wife has her file transferred to Abu Dhabi office since she is a Qatari residence, she as well had an American visa and I moved to the USA, a boarder city with canada, for work, in case the abu dhabi office asks for her passport for PR stamp can we send it from the USA or does she has to go back to Doha to send it from there? I can always send it to her parents and her parents can forward it, however my only worries is that there is a departure from Qatar stamp on her passport, I am not sure if i should be worried of them noticing that? or its not the office's concern to know where she is at the moment??

It doesn't matter where she is, as long as she didn't lie about her location on her application.

No she didnt lie she moved to the USA after, she submitted the application. do you think that is still ok?
