Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me why they changed the status of additional documents from Not Applicable to « We are reviewing the additional documents you provided »?

It happened a few days after medical and bio passed, without requesting additional.

Hello, I'm in the same situation, received ppr a few days ago and just noticed that it says '' May 13 - We are reviewing the additional documents you provided'' though I didn't submit any nor received any ADR, could you provide an update if anything happened?

Oh ok, because if that was in tracker, most certainly you will get an ADR the following hours or day.
 
As I have searched it happens when they change the office. It seems that the second office would review the docs again. But I'm not really sure if it's true. It's just a scenario, and i think it's correct in my case. Because they moved the file to second office.

Not the case from what I've seen personally. It stayed in Edmonton.
