Guys, me and my sponsor are inside Canada, and we are both planning to apply inland since both of us are staying here. According to many people here in this forum, we should apply outland Since we consider the processing time ouyland (17 months) We accept applying outland but we are just afraid because what if CIC will reject our application because according to them if we are staying in canada we must choose inland and if not we need to choose outland. What are the problems that we might encounter if we choose outland rather than inland?
The inland guide clearly says that you can choose to apply outland if you want faster processing.
There are no problems. Your only issue may be sending the passport for the visa, if you require one. Some countries do not allow passports to be mailed or sent over borders.
