Hi everyone
I applied my refugee case back in 2020. My case was rejected at the hearing so i applied at RAD (refugee appeal division) they also rejected my case. Then i applied in federal court and in the mean time i applied my PR application in spousal as well and i got my PR through spousal application. I have got my passport back from IRB.
My question is that now can i travel back home? As i was rejected in refugee application and got accepted in spousal.
Is it gone get me in trouble when I returned to Canada?
Please if anyone can tell me about it that will be a big help for me

Assume you have withdrawn your JR. No there shouldn’t be an issue traveling to your home country if you are in a genuine marriage.
