i live in canada recently got married and got my and my spouse PR want to send my wife passport back to india ,what is the safest and legal way to send it please advice
 
Unfortunately it is illegal to send a passport through courier to India. No Courier will take it. You will have to have someone going to India hand deliver it with authorization.
