Want to know about PG Diploma courses !!!!

Hi Guys...
Everyone says that PG Diploma courses are not very good, go for Masters... But still many are going for it..
Is PG Diploma not a good course??? I want to know because I'm coming for PG Diploma in Networking....

Also, Is it possible to get to a job on the basis of PG Diploma certificate and what if I have an International certificates supporting this PG Diploma certificate. Will it make my job chances easier ????

hi....i'm in fourth(final) year of my btech pursuing from india in eee (electrical and electronics) and want to expand my carrier in marketing (of electrical and electronics items). as i'm a fresher,so i won't be able to pusue mba from canada, so can i do pg diploma in marketing and gain experiance in that field and then opt mba instead of gaining exp in technical line. i'm looking up for sheridan,humber or seneca college in toronto.pl help me out.it wud be bestow on me. regards
