I went to USA in 2015 on student visa. But because of bad health i had to come back to INDIA. And college ask me on Email wether i m going back or not. But due to internet ban in india i couldnt reply them promptly. And they deactivated my sevis number. And when i got bavk to them, they revert me that if i want to go back to USA i will have to appear for VISA again and have to take new VISA. But when i went for VISA again, the visa officer refuse my application. And stamp "CANCLLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE" on my Old VISA. Now i want to apply for canada visa. So it will be any problem for me to apply for canada student visa?
