Want to apply for visitor visa for Spouse - Dual Intent November 2024

Hello members,

I am a PR, and my partner is an Indian Citizen. I will be going to India to get married in January 2025. After the marriage and honeymoon, we plan to submit a dual-intent visitor visa for her in February 2025. Once she is here in Canada, we will submit an Inland Spousal sponsorship application.

• Does anyone know the success rate of visitor visas for spouses?
• Do I have to be in Canada when we apply for her visitor visa? Because I will be back in April 2025.
• If there are successes, how to make a file strong?

If this plan isn't recommended, what are the other options to get her in Canada without waiting months for Outland Sponsorship application?
