I was an admin assistant with Automotive Management Services company Kandahar air field Afghanistan.
my life is not safe in Afghanistan because I have been USA and I worked in Kandahar air field Bases so several times I have been threated from Taliban now I am living like an under ground man.
so I couldn't understand what should I do to immigration one of the safe countries in the world.

I think he meant to say that he is back in Afghanistan, and that he has been threatened by the Taliban because he has worked on an air field being used by the US.

You have two options for obtaining asylum in Canada. The first is to obtain a visitor visa for Canada, to fly to Canada and then to claim asylum once you arrive here. The second is to move outside of Afghanistan (to another country) - and then once you have moved to that other country, to be identified as a refugee by UNHCR.
