You can apply for an open work permit if your wife submits an inland spousal PR application.

Not sure what you mean that your wife has a misrepresentation case. She is a landed PR, right? How does she have a misrepresentation case?

Yes she is landed pr my application is not inland is there any other way To apply
You will need to tell us about your wife's misrepresentation case + how it affects you. Can she apply for your PR or not?

The other option is to apply for a study permit. Depending on a number of factors, you could be eligible for a PGWP. Again, there is no guarantee that you will be approved for a study permit as it is normally expected that you would file for spousal PR

My application of pr is pending that time I was in India
My wife came here in marriage case and the cbsa had sent us a letter that your first marriage was not genuine so they are verifing that we are waiting from year and half
