want cheap rent room near University of Saskatchewan

I am prospective student of University of Saskatchewan fall semester, I need cheap accomodation near university so I can afford easily as I will be international student over ther thats why.... if any female need roomate so I will be here to divide her room rent
preferably I want such roomate who is not smoker or use any alcohol.... preferable to indulge in studies

How much is cheap? I know many international students can afford as much as $1600 per month for a 1 bedroom condo.
