WALMART PR Card/Passport Photos

I know this is a bit off topic, I was just wondering how much you guys paid in getting your PR card/Passport photos done?
I was a bit surprised when I went to walmart this afternoon and paid $20 for just 2 copies of it.
They printed 6 copies, gave me 2 and threw the other 4. I asked the lady if I could just buy the other 4 since she is throwing it away anyway, and said she can't due to the policy (which is not her fault) and said I need to pay another $20 to get another set of 2.

Well, I needed more photos when I apply for citizenship, and I guess this business is really making too much money!

Try Shoppers Drug. I have done my photos there for PR and renewal of my US passport. It was like $12.
