Waiting time period after medical

Hi..my husband is from canada and we are in process of spouse visa immigration ..my medical was in april..but till now after passing medical we dnt get any reply from visa office for next step...like no biometric request yet received.also didn't get eligbilty letter...while my 12 months will be completed in october..my question is how much time period is required after medical

The next step after medical usually file transfer. Did you get that? Or maybe your file was transferred first..?
As for biometrics letter. We paid for it in February and still no request. Just wait until they request you.
What eligibility you are waiting for?

I would say all we can do is just wait... or if you have some questions try contacting your visa office or ordering your notes.

Yes file is tranfereed to london office before medical
And biometric fees is also submitted in February but yet not found request
3rdly yes they send you eligibility letter

Oh I didn’t know they send eligibility letter for pa as well... I am also 2018 applicant. I guess sometime when they start doing background check they will request for fingerprints... that is just my guess. post here please when you get BIL letter...

Ook...i will post when i recive elligbilty letter and biometric request..
Eligbilty letter is send when your background check was completed they send you email in which they told u that you are eligible for immigration but that doesn't mean your case is approved
