waiting time for visa office to send request for additional documents

how long should i wait for them to send me request for my passport since i had already sent my other documents with them in missasuga..had sent the medical,cenomar, nbi/police clearance..upon my sending my application in misssauga..papers were sent here in manila last july 5,2011,
