Waiting time after passing/updating medicals test

Hi all,
I wanted some guidance about my student visa application. I had applied on early March 2019 and did my biometrics on March 10th. I just found that my medicals are passed on July 8th.
Usually how long will it take for the final result after medicals being approved??

as I know, in normal years, it takes only a few days to complete a sds application, ranging from 3 days to 20 days, depending on how convincing your profile & documents are.

personally i think, even in this year, you would get a decision from ircc soon once they changed your profile to 'start reviewing your eligibility'
