Waiting reply from Embassy for 7 months

I am waiting a reply from Canada embassy for student visa which I have submitted on 13th December 2011 and still no reply from Canada embassy. I am from Pakistan and living in Lahore. Can anyone tell me what will my reply come or when they will reply?

If they want to refuse then why they are taking so much time as it is almost 7 months completed.

The reply will be around the expiry of your LOA, the chances of positive reply are bleak as you can see from excel sheet . Try to take admission in some university and then reapply........

Stoufville and LSBF college students have very little chance of getting visa, in current scenario. However, Government College students are also not getting any visa since November 2011. I applied on 27th December in govt college still no response from embassy. We, only have one option and that is to wait wait and wait. Most probably, for a refusal.
