Waiting in IP2 for 3 months. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,

I've been waiting in IP2 for about 3 months. I inquired IRCC through the online inquiry form about the status on December 27, 2018. They replied the following:

"We verified the information you provided and can confirm that a decision has been made on the application. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact you by mail or email to provide you with that decision."

However until now I had no updates. Is this normal? Does this indicate any problem?
