I applied in April 2021 for my parent’s visitor visa. My Mother’s biometric was already completed in 2019. Have not received any updates yet. Applied from India.

Have you gone online to prioritize their application because they qualify to travel. The applied right before the closures in India which is likely why you haven't heard anything.

Canada doesn't want people traveling from the region because they are trying to prevent more of the delta variant from entering. Even though Dehli is reopening there may still be a delay in receiving stamping because of the travel ban.
