waiting for the refund for the last 1 year

Hi.... friends . hope all is well . kindly tell me the right time of getting refund back . I have withdraw my case almost 1 year back and havenot rec my money back .I also send letters to CHC . The last letter which i rec from CHC stated that donot send any email as we know your status and u will rec your cheq . Dont know what to do really worried and sad. thanks ??? ???
