Waiting for response to "Outside Canada" citizenship test email

Guys, my wife is outside Canada and is waiting for response to go ahead with test. Her test window is Aug 2 to 22 and it is Aug 6 already. We are sending follow up email but with no response yet. Has anybody been on same boat and how you dealt with it?

Hi, normally the processing office reply pretty quick with the instructions on how to proceed with the test if you are outside of Canada. In my case the instruction was to proceed with taking the test normally, while they acknowledged that I was away due to business trip outside Canada.

create a webform request.. it will take 2 mins for you to submit one. It might help in moving things forward. Also, don't shy away from calling the IRCC as well.

Did you got any response from them? I am in the same boat, worried its been 10 days since my test has been started still waiting for their reply!

Be aware the rules recently changed, you are now able to sit the test outside of Canada.
