Need your support as I have been waiting from 2013 literally i'm aging with no response from Quebec I donno if anyone is in my situation as I need to know to look for something else or there is hop my timeline is as following :
May 25, 2013: Sent my file to Quebec as a skilled worker
July 12, 2014: File number sent & money deducted
August 15, 2016: More Documents requested
November 3, 2016: adding my second child payment rejected
December 12, 2016: received a notice that payment has been accepted and file complete
No News ever since
Ever since waiting for primary review they tell me 12 month yet I don't know since my points are complete and I have no french would that be a reason for rejection after all that ?!
