Hi friends
My AINP application was received by AINP office on August 1,2014 and I got my file number on OCT 1,2014.I applied under Employer-Driven Stream (EDS),International Graduate Category NOC C(1525) as dispatcher. My PGWP is expiring on July 17,2016.My employer does not intend to help me in LMIA.MY employer called AINP office regarding my application process and AINP office told them that my file is not that far away and there are not too many applications in dispatcher category.I am so worried. Please advise me what should i do?Should i wait till July for my AINP or should i find some1 who can provide me LMIA?

According to me you should try for LMIA option just for a safety. If you dont get AINP with that time frame atleast you have one option.. I have applied AINP in august 25 NOC B EDS.. still waiting for my nomination my wp expires june 30......

Problem is there are almost no lmia in alberta at all at the moment.
Maybe wait a bit and then worst case move on to bc or ontario where they have lmia

You are lucky. My AINP application was received on Aug 1,2014.still waiting for the nomination. My PGWP is going to expire on July 17,2016 :(

Now due to oil crisis, companies are layoff people and no jobs in Alberta. That is why it is getting delay now?
