I got my hearing done. The judge said they will send letter. How many weeks they take for sending final decision letter by mail after final hearing

It all depends on whether the member needs time to research your case or do further investigation or whether they decided the outcome of the hearing soon after the hearing ended. The other factor can be whether the member is on top of the administrative tasks. Some are slower than others so can take a bit longer. The fastest to expect would be 2 weeks and most receive a response within the first month. There are some that wait multiple months or even longer but those are the exceptions.
Did you get the decision after your hearing? I mean did they let you know the decision ?
Was the result of your hearing positive and do you have protected person status now? This is the first step.

When was your hearing done and did get the NOD (Notice of Decision)? I'm also in the same boat. Just wanna know the timeline.
