Spouses Pregnancy Result is Positive now !! after DM before medical expiry(with in another 6 months) , we should land in Canada. now i would like to know Is it necessary to inform Visa Office Regarding this Pregnancy apart from this any other issues if she travel around 4-6 months of her pregnancy.........

I have been though the same situation as yours. I waited for the child birth and had to return our visa's, pay the visa re-issuance fees, had to get the medical done of the new born and pay her visa fees as well. All this took more than six month's. If your wife can travel please do so now or you may also have to spend so much extra time like me. Rest is your decision.
