Waiting for COPR

Hi Experts,

I got received a request for my passport on 20th October and was asked to send the passport to LA office. The LA office received my passport on 30thOct. Its been more than a month now I have not heard back from them. I emailed them several times to ask about the current status on my application and still no response. Does anyone have any idea how much time LA office takes to issue a COPR and send the passport back?
