Hello, I have applied for Student Visa for Canada in India on 19th of Nov 2015. As per CIC website processing time is of only 3 weeks but my visa is with them 4 plus weeks, What to do. My flight is on 25th of Dec 2015.

I applied online for study oermit on 3o october 2015 .
Yet i havenot got the final decision .
My medical uploaded on 2nd December .
please tell me what should i do right now .
Plz provide me email address to which i can send mail for enquiry .

I email them last Wednesday and they ignore me, mine was since Nov 3rd, in Riyadh as well
I have applied since 9th Oct and still stuck at "waiting for your medical information" even though submitted since 17th Nov.
My best advice is not to book any flight or accommodation. I learned the hard way, I have to cancel my flight on 9th Dec due to slow processing of CIC.

Because I met all the requirements by CIC and study visa isn't that hard. However I didn't calculate the slow working of CIC even though they published average processing time on their website
