Vocational high school in agriculture

kindly I want to ask about an agriculture high school plant seeding section - that have training and qualifies me to work in the labour market I have passed written and practical I have more than 8 years of experience in the field but we do not have post-secondary programs for this field but 4 year college and I cannot do all that long
do I qualify for immigration in any category EE or provincial nominee
