I am almost ready to submit my all document as listed in check list to VO Buffalo, I am about to write the cover letter too, if any one has good format please share it. One question I have, should I put the number assigned from CIO (Start with B*******) on envelop?
In few of my experience letter i dont have the salary listed so putting 2 or 3 paystubs from my previous jobs.
Sending 4 photos per family member in one envelop with the whole package (No need to stick it to specific location?)
Well you can send a cover letter with mentioning your B file number... but the checklist as appropriately filled (ticked) in of the CIC manual will be sufficient. I also attached my first AOR letter (with B file no.) just below the CIC checklist on the top.
Payslip is all good to attach as proof of your salary
Yes keep the photos loose (better in envelope). As far as I can remember at the back of the photo we did print our respective name, date of birth and B file number....
Finally all the very best
Guys one more thing, I have 2 original and 1 copy of exp letter so will that be okay? It was difficult to get the exp letter from one of the employer so I had to put the copy of original exp letter I have, as a proof I have added the W2 form of it.
Should be alright. You can mention this into your cover letter
Thanks for quick replies.
