Vistor Record with SOWP

Hi Everyone,

Arrived in Canada September 2022 on a visitor visa. Applied for a SOWP a week after reaching.

Now my spouse's company ( my spouse is on a worker visa from her MNC ), has rules, where they will take care of applying for a visitor record for their Spouse's as well.

So my question is , can we have two applications 1 for a SOWP and 1 for a Visitor record together?
As both are different documents I think they should be fine? Kindly enlighten please.
