today, I am working on the online application “extend your stay as a visitor” for my mom. However even I selected the correct type of application in the beginning, but the only available application formf or me to upload is the form “IMM5257 Application, application for temporary resident visa”, not the one should be IMM 5708 “Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay …..”

hi i am also applying online for the extension. do i need to sign any forms like statutory declaration of common law union or not. because it says there no need to sign application form if submitting application online. Is statutory declaration an application form? or the IMM thing only is the application form i am confused. also the authorization for family member do i need to sign that or no need pleassseee need help.
Hi- just wondering if you signed the statutory declaration form for your online application? And if you did, where did you upload it as there doesnt seem to be a space for it on the checklist?
